Storage: The cartridge is valid for 12 months when stored in a cool and dry place and out of direct sunlight at 2-25°C.

Procedure

*Note: Gloves must be worn during the whole process to prevent biological hazards and contamination of the reagent disc.

After removing the reagent disc from refrigerator, allow it to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. It can be used once it has returned to the room temperature

Scan the QR code of the reagent disc to confirm the test items

Slowly add 500-650 μL diluent (i.e. purified water) using a pipette to the dilution chamber

Add 50-70 μL sample using a pipette to the sample chamber

Tear off the blue protective film

Please wear gloves during the entire process to avoid touching the detection area, which may affect the testing result

Test on the analyzer

Note: When the reagent disc is loaded, it should be aligned with the positioning hole. The reagent disc should be placed close to the tray and kept flat.
