Injection molding
We have plant to injection molding.
Service flow
1. mold processing. Our team has mold engineers to ensure the processing of mold to reflect the design scheme, meanwhile to meet injection molding requirements.
2. sample analysis. Samples of injection molding are to be tested to confirm if any adjustment of mold.
3. mold optimization. Mold is usually slightly adjusted based on the analysis of sample testing results.
4. injection molding. Several batches of injection molding may be performed in order to define the final injection molding parameters.
