Basic product information
Packing specification: 10 cartridges/box.
Sample type: Serum, anticoagulant plasma or whole blood. Note: whole blood can be used directly, attributing to the microfluidic design of plasma separation and quantitation.
Storage conditions and validity: The cartridge is valid for 12 months when stored in a cool and dry place and out of direct sunlight at 2-25°C.
Applicable instruments: Microfluidic immunoassay analyzer JIE-200, JIE-400.

Procedure
*Note: Gloves must be worn during the whole process to prevent biological hazards and contamination of the reagent disc.

01
After removing the reagent disc from refrigerator, allow it to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. It can be used once it has returned to the room temperature

02
Scan the QR code of the reagent disc to confirm the test item

03
Pull out the strip
Note: Once the strip is pulled out, the reagent disc must be laid flat and not turned over. Otherwise, the diluent might flow into other chambers

04
Add 50-70 μL sample using a pipette to the sample chamber

05
Tear off the blue protective film
Please wear gloves during the entire process to avoid touching the detection area, which may affect the testing result

06
Test on the analyzer
Note: When placing the reagent disc, ensure it aligns with the positioning hole. The reagent disc should be placed closely against the tray and kept flat
