Vet Biochemistry Cartridge
JIEZLAB Vet Biochemistry Cartridge are designed based on microfluidic technology and used in JIEZLAB Vet Biochemistry Analyzer for veterinary diagnosis. The testing menu includes biochemicals, electrolytes,feline Serum Amyloid A (fSAA), canine C-reactive Protein (cCRP), and coagulation. It provides rapid, reliable test results to assist veterinarians in medical decisions.
The cartridges are stable under 25℃ through the application of JIEZLAB patented Dry Reagents. This patented dry reagents technology can ensure the cartridges’ performance even after long transportation, and satisfy the end-user.
The round cartridge (referred to as the "large panel") is used for comprehensive health check and pre-operation check. The 120° fan-shaped cartridge (referred to as the "small panel") is applied to veterinary follow up check, such as electrolytes, liver-gallbladder-pancreas function, and liver-kidney function, etc. The small panel enables 3 samples tests per run, improving test efficiency. Additionally, the small panel requires only 50μL whole blood sample.

*Note: Gloves must be worn during the whole process to prevent biological hazards and contamination of the reagent disc.

After removing the reagent disc from refrigerator, allow it to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. It can be used once it has returned to the room temperature

Scan the QR code of the reagent disc to confirm the test items

Pull out the strip
Note: Once the strip is pulled out, the reagent disc must be laid flat and not turned over.

Add 150 μL sample using a pipette to the sample chamber (round cartridge) or50 μL sample (120 degree fan-shaped cartridge)

Tear off the blue protective film
Please wear gloves during the entire process to avoid touching the detection area, which may affect the testing result

Test on the analyzer
Note: one sample per run; 3 samples per run if 120 degree fan-shaped cartridge
